The Monarch Downtown - Unit 7

Super clean newer property. Host accepted us and our pets last second. Property worked perfectly for our family. Stayed 20 days. Property stocked well with cooking supplies. Great area close and within walking distance to all restaurants. Neighborhood is super safe and would go out anytime of day. Thanks to the host Nicole and her quick replies.

We had a wonderful stay! There was a hiccup with the hot water, Nicole immediately fixed the issue. Close to downtown, comfortable beds, clean unit. Great unit for a Girls trip. There is a sitting area outside of the unit for some fresh air. There is no dedicated parking area for the unit. However, there is metered parking on the street, or a parking garage across the street. Would stay again.

This unit is in a fantastic location in downtown Huntsville. I am a local that was on a staycation so I know the area well. This unit is walkable to all restaurants and events at the VBC. Host is responsive and helpful. Unit is small, but has everything you need for a short stay.

Great location and everything is new and as advertised. Communication with hosts was perfect. Only nitpick is that it’s essentially one big room with the beds tucked away in corners. There’s a wall for some privacy but no doors
